I’d check with the freedom of information: gov’t contracts are open for review, right? open and closed dates? That many .40 cal is just strange! I’d also look into H&K UMP.40cal. sub-machine gun orders (Heckler & Koch), this round just isn’t used that much. Such an increase, there would be an increase in armored protection/additional gear. To purchase that many rounds in addition to an order from Winchester Arms for 200 million in 2009 (reported by gunreports.com) and other orders since, for an odd, low power caliber???? Makes no sense! Either it’s an effort to tie up manufacturers in order to drive up prices…or it’s some type of pay-off. It fly’s in the face of UN Agenda 21… I’d look into misdirection/payola! (Red Flag)
