Is Government Health Care Constitutional

In it current forms it is highly unlikely the bills yet to be reconciled would stand up to a Constitutional challenge. Bribing members of Congress for votes? Our tax payers to cover the Medicare for the people of Louisiana and Nebraska forever? Force to purchase?  Unions to receive special tax treatment on health care? This is the result of the progressive movement run amok, J.C.
