Public trust has been breached

In an earlier post I showed that the recently passed health care bill, know as ObamaCare, was largely if not totally written by unelected Czars. I’m still wondering today, if a law not drafted by the elected, not read by the elected yet voted on by them represents taxation without representation. Obama , his progressives in congress, and all his czars IMHO should be put behind bars. November can’t come soon enough. Random thoughts while observing the passing parade, I’m J.C.
It is amazing our Founding Fathers gave us a form of government that was founded under the principles of a political order in which the supreme power lies within a body of citizens who are entitled to vote for officers and representatives responsible to them.
What our Founding Fathers gave us is a constitutional republic fitting only to a free people with certain unalienable rights, and these rights are sealed with the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution.
Equally amazing, but sadly so, this nation is currently being governed like a monarch or as a socialist state. Our current president and the majority of Congress seem to have embraced monarchism and socialism to run our government as a tyranny instead of a constitutional republic. Is this a case for massive treason in America?
How is it that we, the people, have lost control over our own government? We presently have a perilous situation where the balance of power doesn’t exist when legislation is made in a partisan way and with the executive branch involved with the legislative branch to make laws. This is neither healthy nor constitutional when the government is able to victimize its citizens with legislation they don’t want.
A government of the people and for the people has gradually been taken over or high-jacked from us to the point that we have today sitting in Washington, D.C. a president who acts as a king and has appointed czars to rule over us.
We, the people, didn’t elect the czars, yet they rule over us. Regardless of what political party you belong to, how can you accept this? Have we become unconcerned over how we are governed?
People, we have a major problem: When our elected president starts to act as a king, when our elected Congress doesn’t act according to the will of the people, and when both the president and Congress violate the public trust and enact laws in violation of the U.S. Constitution, state’s rights, and the will of the people, we have tyranny at work. No political party has the right to violate the U.S. Constitution, the supreme law of the land.
We, the people, must act diligently and peaceably to replace those in our government that are violating the public trust and our U.S. Constitution. The very future of this nation is at stake as never before. What is happening in America is not by accident; it is by design.
Stay informed, become involved, learn the U.S. Constitution, exercise your right to vote, and be prepared to defend it this November and again in 2012. In God We Trust, our national motto.
