Can this woman be impartial now that we have revealed she has blocked Obama eligibility cases?
Type in the words Obama and Kagan. As Americans we have been duped with our lack of understanding of the role of the Solicitor General. We have been led to believe that it was the Eric Holder Justice Department when nothing could be further from the truth.
She is about to be confirmed to the Supreme Court. She will be a rubber stamp for all things Obama?

It is time for all American to stand tall and be counted. Time to start pushing back. We have so many people fighting for are rights , so let do the right thing. Mr Obama has no right to be the president of the United States. Everyone need to write letters to their Congress persons or maybe everyone is afriad of Mr Obama. Everyone needs to think about what he is doing to American.
Elena Kagan may of got to where she is because she was helping Obama.
Why does this not surprise me? Another REALLY GOOD reason Elena Kagan SHOULD NOT BE APPOINTED TO THE SUPREME COURT!
I looked up many cases & discovered that Kagan also ran interference for Eric Holder. Ohhhh, NICE!
Can anyone say NO RULE OF LAW??

Now we have the ACTING Solicitor General, Katyal, running Obama’s Eligibility Interference Squad (“EIS”). I guess we’ll soon see Katyal graciously accepting a new (even better) position, too.
No doubt Katyal’s also interfering on behalf of Holder. I’ll look into that tomorrow, after I recover some of my strength!
There is nothing more serious than our losing the rule of law, as we know it. With that loss, there’s no order whatsoever and nothing left that we can depend on.
All I know is that a legal contract would be nullified if trickery was involved. In that regard, all of Obama’s so-called “accomplishments” should be similarly nullified since every last one of them has involved mass lies and trickery.
We need to consider this rationale and do something to stop these psychopaths.

One more thing: We’re way past writing letters to Congress. I’ve received about 10 canned responses to the 400+ letters I’ve FAXED to Congress over the past two years or so.
With a very few exceptions, They’re basically a “rogue” Congress that is conspiring and working against us. They are allowing all of this to happen. It’s part of a plan of which Congress is well-aware.
It’s merely a smokescreen each time it appears that they are doing something that might help us. A smokescreen to throw us off track.
Too bad it hasn’t worked for them. With an 11% approval rating, I guess you could say that we don’t have any faith or trust in Congress.

Our votes will count only if they can overcome the extreme levels of cheating that are part of their plans for this year’s midterm and for all future elections.

The job of Solicitor General is to argue all US Gov’t cases in Sup. Ct.
Yes but the job is not to lie which she did in fact do.
It only takes FOUR justices to call a case at the Supreme Court. Only four. So one justice cannot block calling a case.
It also means that at least two of the four conservative and one swing justice must have voted against calling the birther cases.
At least two of these:
Chief Justice Roberts
Justice Alito
Justice Scalia
Justice Thomas
and the swing justice
Justice Kennedy.
But it is worse than that, far worse. It only takes ONE justice, just one, to ask for defendants to submit a brief in response to the plaintiffs. But the Supreme Court never even asked the government to respond to the birther cases in writing. Not one justice wanted to see the government’s response.
Now dream your dreams.
I need this to get out to the press she is not only corrupt in everything as well ass taking a child away from the better parent. Due to association with the drug addict. Alcholoic.
