This week, the Federal Communications Commission chose to end discussions aimed at finding a compromise on how and whether to regulate the Internet. In doing so, the FCC is solidifying it’s alliance with neo-Marxist media reform groups to place 1930’s era regulations on top of our modern day broadband Internet.
The FCC facilitated the talks between anti-regulation Internet service providers and pro-“Net Neutrality” websites, who want the Commission to establish rules for managing Internet data traffic. However, as discussions evolved over the past months, the FCC continued its infamous “Title II” proceedings, which would be used to both enact Net Neutrality under arcane laws and open the door to numerous other regulations.
As soon as the talks appeared to become fruitful (with both sides coming to some agreement), the neo-Marxists who have the ear of FCC Chairman Genachowski balked. “It is the end of the Internet as we know it,” whined Josh Silver of Free Press, decrying the fact that private Internet companies were reaching agreement on their most contentious policy issue. Then, almost on a dime, the FCC halted the discussions, somehow blaming it on select parties for reportedly reaching a deal on one way to quickly deliver content.
The truth is the FCC is held hostage by the neo-Marxists at Free Press, Public Knowledge, and Media Access Project, for whom regulating the Internet is not about how companies should manage Internet traffic. For these groups, its about giving government the ability to turn the Internet into a de facto public utility with the authority to set prices, monitor content, and establish other regulations.
These organizations also appear to serve as the FCC’s public relations offices. Suspiciously, this situation mirrors one in May when the FCC was reportedly backing down from enacting Net Neutrality. After Free Press began a campaign to manufacture public support, the FCC announced its heavy regulatory Title II proposal two days later. It is no coincidence that Chairman Genachowski’s press secretary is the former communications director of Free Press.
Now that the FCC has backed away from finding consensus on regulation, expect for the Commission’s Title II Internet takeover scheme to continue unabated. And expect for Free Press, Public Knowledge, and others to continue pulling the FCC further and further to the left.

Obama and his Neomarxists intend to drown out the voice of Americans, getting passed new laws and regulations that will cripple bloggers and other alternative media from communicating real news that Citizens, grass-roots organizations and others depend on to make informed decisions.
Obama’s support of the DISCLOSE Act confirmed what many Americans believed; that Obama intends to strangle the flow of information. If Obama and his leftist associates get their way, our Children will be brainwashed by Obama’s one-sided propaganda at school, through Obama controlled Radio, TV and Obama media policies that will crush the flow of free information. Historically when communists have attempted or taken over a country, their first step is to control the media and all forms of public communications to control the Civilians populations. When Russia took over Hungary, the communists immediately seized the Radio stations to psychologically control the People.
Considering Obama’s obsession with controlling all media, one might ask, are some of the persons inside and outside U.S. Government, that work with the Obama administration to push the Disclose Act and other government censorship, involved in causes that promulgate overthrow of the United States? Some in the Obama Government now openly state they support dismantling capitalism, but does their endgame include destruction of the United States? If capitalism, free enterprise were dismantled most jobs in America would be deleted. Historically Marxist governments have made communism work only by murdering civilian populations considered not critical until populations are reduced to a level an unproductive communist government can support; and by cannibalizing assets they stole from arrested and killed Citizens. The Obama administration has already taken the first step, using its government power to censor, silence his critics.
The Obama administration has stated they want to pay writers in newspapers and other media to covertly propagandize their point of view. The Obama administration’s actions and relentless attempts to censor shutdown free speech, including getting passed the Disclose Act, threaten our Security. In other countries where members of a political party or ideological extremists attempted or succeeded in this kind of forced censorship, Citizens have revolted, jailing the despots for treason.

Why does this not surprise me? Citizen’s should establsih a new internet that will allow for free speech. It is inevitable thatthe Socialist Marxist Eyes will monitor every facet of our lives unless the population of the free world will get really bold, and creative. The ‘regime should have already been packed and sent to their “get out of Dodge location.” Whimps of Washington should have already been fired at minimum and some prosecuted for their treasonous behavior.
The Old Western shows that we viewed on B&W TV should be firmly planted in our behavior tapes and Americans SHOULD BE MORE THAN WILING TO GO TO THE STREET AT HIGH NOON to defend our Republic, Free Speech Rights, Personal and collective liberty alike. Constitution and Foundational Documents included. Where is Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, Lorne Green, Matt Dillion, John Wayne (and I don’t mean that Bobbit idiot), Davy Crockett, The Rifleman, Daniel Boone and Clint Eastwood? Where are all the Wild Wild West characters and the true grit inside us? Have Americans all turned into Richard Simmons or what? Jesse James didn’t let the Pinkerton’s stop him and his gang. Why should we let the Obotz’ rob the train? All aboard the Freedom Zittrain, to derail the Socialist meat-wagon from the rest of the Silver Star Republic.
Well said as always KRF! Where is the Wild West American Hero Spirit?! It certainly is void of anyone in Congress! I see it’s reflection in the mirror most days don’t you? Growing more difficult to keep it under control!!! And am starting to think We, the People, are going to have a much harder road to hoe in the coming months, than casting votes on Nov. 2. Nothing short of PURE EVIL lives in the WH and is the vein of the Oligarchy working on destroying America. There are too many RINOS within the GOP and more will certainly slide into victory on Nov. 2. Obama must be removed from office in ’12 or before. They are attempting to rework the election process so that the Communists will be able to have permanent reign of terror over the citizens. They do not operate according to the Constitution and are getting away with their actions. The only alternative I see outside of balkanization of the states, is not one that anyone I know wants to consider. But I do believe this administration will continue to subvert the Constitution, usurp more power, and use whatever means necessary to crush individual freedom and enslave the population. They are out in the open with their arrogance and disgust for American exceptionalism and Free Republic. I do believe they will push the American people to the wall to implement their agenda, and we are close to that point. There are also limits to tolerance of the American people….we are close to that point as well.
