If a U.S. Senator makes such an ignorant condescending remark should he be recalled from office? Pick up a high school civics text Chucky there are 4 branches. Yes the Judiciary still exists but your probably believe it no longer will with the excellent Obama plants Sotomayor and Kagan.

There are only 3 branches of Government. The Legislative, the Executive and the Judiciary. Jefferson referred to the media as the fourth branch, but that was more a description, rhetoric really. Nice phrasing, but not an actual constitutional branch.
The House and the Senate are actually two parts of the Legislative branch. Much like we have an DOD and DOJ, which are different parts of the Executive branch.
So yeah, “Chucky” said it funny when he correctly counted the branches and then listed the House and Senate with the White House. But technically, he’s right. There are three branches. And he’s also right that the House, Senate and White House have to work together.
The Judiciary is not the 4th branch.
Chucky is just one more example of the most successful Gov’t. program – the dumbing- down of America !
