In today’s UK Telegraph, Laura Donnelly, Health Correspondent reported on Cancer sufferers refused life-extending drugs despite Government pledge.

In her expose she reported that, Dying cancer patients have been refused costly life-extending drugs on cost grounds despite a Government promise to end the “scandal” forever.

Her investigation follows the article written in the Examiner last year,”Obama Care already begun to interfere with FDA approval for cancer treatment and future research.”

The article below this one which I wrote for the Examiner goes into serious detail about how this may very well become a reality.  I’ve made my case the one below is about 6 days more current and must have the administrations blood boiling.

The Constitution deals with the subject of impeachment and conviction. The scope of the power is set out in Article II, Section 4:

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Have the actions of President Barack Hussein Obama reached theses standards?  Possibly a more appropriate question would be which of his actions haven’t reached the level and why isn’t he gone?

Contrast the actions of President Richard Nixon with those of the current President.  Nixon was in command during the Watergate scandal. Watergate was third-rate break in to Democrat’s campaign offices.

The Republican power brokers said Mr. President, it’s time to step down or you will be impeached, President Nixon did so.

Obama may be in deep trouble with Chief Justice John Roberts and the U.S. Supreme Court

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.

Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.

Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.

The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, ‘That’s not true,’ when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court’s ruling.

She is an absolutely amazing woman who has spent more time in Afghanistan and Iraq than many soldiers.

She has a particular disdain for the US media and blames them for not covering the actual news pertaining to US and coalition forces on the ground.

As you will observe while watching the accompanying videos the SEALS open up to her. They do so for one word, Respect.  Can you imagine Anderson Cooper getting these Special Operators to talk? It would never happen.

CITIZEN REMINDS “JOURNALIST” BILL O’REILLY THAT HIS JOB IS TO ASK QUESTIONS

Clearly O’Reilly is taking his marching orders from Murdoch and News Corp. His arrogance in doing so is beyond belief.  The guy is a shill and a fraud. He doesn’t deserve the “number one watched cable news show status,” and why should the reader believe this is so?  O’Reilly needs to be brought down a peg or ten.  It’s time to boycott this bloviating windbag.  Maybe he should move over to MSNBC?  That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C.

Dear Mr. O’Reilly,

This will be dismissed by you as you have in the past, but I just had to write after your demonstration of dismissal of the doubt of the now more than 50% of the American people.

First, we are not “birthers” as you and others want the rest of the world to believe. Unlike you, we want to know the truth. We do not accept an announcement or two that could be placed by anyone or a COLB (wonder if you know what that is?) as proof that a candidate is a natural born Citizen, as stated in Article II, Section I, paragraph 5 of the U. S. Constitution, qualified to be President of my country.

Your pontification with Megyn Kelly the other night leads me and others to suspect that you are as much a part of what is wrong with America as the 100+ years of progressive rule. You should pay more attention to Glenn Beck, who always says, “Question with impunity.”  Your lack of integrity is apparent on this subject.

As so-called journalists, maybe the question you and others should be asking is “Why has Obama spent millions of dollars on hiding his past when he could have resolved the issue with a simple authorization to release his records, even his official birth certificate, which really is not the issue, as his father was a citizen of Kenya under British rule? Wasn’t he also adopted by an Indonesian citizen, and where is the documentation of repatriation if he was born in the United States?  Or do you retain American citizenship when you become a citizen of another country? I don’t know that this is what happens in that situation.

Multiculturalism is defined as the doctrine that several different cultures (rather than one national culture) can coexist peacefully and equitably in a single country.  Can they?  It would seem that this has not been the case throughout Europe.

Muslims routinely block streets in European cities breaking the law to say their daily prayers.

Assimilation is considered the state of being assimilated; people of different backgrounds come to see themselves as part of a larger national family.

Thus with Muslim migration thoughout the world and particularly in Western Europe, Australia and Canada, we see a group that refuses to assimilate with the notion that all laws come from the Qur’an and the hadiths and sunnah which are sayings about the Prophet Mohammad or reports about something he did.

Progressive American politicians  must wake up to the facts provided below.  It’s time they put their infantile notions of political correctness behind them and begin upholding the oaths they took, to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. It would even be better if their little gun hating minds could comprehend under Sharia the stated goal is he overthrow of the US Constitution.

A wake up call to progressives in America you are living a lie

The progressive movement in America has been rearing its ugly head since the time of Woodrow Wilson and FDR.  The average American voter doesn’t take the time to inform themselves on the issues.

Who is Barack Hussein Obama?

When they do, they receive the liberal bias of the so-called mainstream media. Similar policies used by FDR and currently being followed by the Obama administration we now understand prolonged the misery, despair and hopelessness of the “Great Depression” by seven to eight years. Two outstanding readings prove the case, the study by UCLA economists here, and The Forgotten Man by Amity Shales here.

Once again the liberal/progressive/socialist agenda is about to be put back in its cage and buried for another forty years.

The elections on November 2010 was their first clue and few will be left standing during the tidal wave that is sure to obliterate their party in 2012.

Sadly the young voter is more apt to fall into the line with the mantra from the left.  For the most part those shown in the video left demonstrate a lack of critical thinking skills and have little understanding about government as they cast their ballots.  To be sure similar answers by Republican voters to the questions posed in the video would have been answered in a similar fashion.

The video is telling, it is a demonstrates that the young and older voters didn’t receive much of an education. It also showed their liking concepts that seem to be “free”, spreading the wealth around does sound “pretty cool” when you personally have none to spread.

President Ronald Reagan said it best

President Ronald Reagan must have known the Obama administration was on its way when he said, “The government’s view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases:  If it moves, tax it.  If it keeps moving, regulate it.  And if it stops moving, subsidize it.”

Perhaps he might have said, “Well, there you go again” a quip he frequently used during debates, as Obama was spinning his own vision of reality.

As you listen to the President talking about wanting the Egyptian people to being heard, why doesn’t he feel the same about Americans? Obama broke his pledge to not raise taxes not a single dime 16 days into his presidency with a federal tobacco tax.

John Kartch recently reported from the watch-dog-group, Americans for Tax Reform during a pre-Super Bowl an interview, where President Obama fumbled  the ball on his own record on taxation.

In the Presidents interview with Bill O’Reilly of Fox News, President Obama made the following claim:

“I didn’t raise taxes once. I lowered taxes over the last two years. I lowered taxes for the last two years.”

The Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF) began in 1980 as the Col. Arthur D. “Bull” Simons Scholarship Fund. The Bull Simons Fund was created after the Iranian hostage rescue attempt to provide college educations for the 17 children surviving the nine men killed or incapacitated at Desert One. It was named in honor of the legendary Army Green Beret Bull Simons, who repeatedly risked his life on rescue missions.

Following creation of the United States Special Operations Command, and as casualties mounted from actions such as Operations “Urgent Fury” (Grenada), “Just Cause” (Panama), “Desert Storm” (Kuwait and Iraq), and “Restore Hope” (Somalia), the Bull Simons Fund gradually expanded its outreach program to encompass all Special Operations Forces. In 1995, the Family Liaison Action Group, which was established to support the families of the 53 Iranian hostages; and the Spectre (Air Force gunship) Association Scholarship Fund; merged to form the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. In 1998, the Foundation expanded its scholarship and financial aid counseling to include training fatalities dating back to the inception of the Foundation in 1980. This action immediately added 205 children who were now eligible for college funding.
