Please don’t anybody reply with “Get the troops home now” or some other sort of nonsense without being willing to defend your position.  This is all just talk, U.S. troops will not be leaving any time soon Iraq would implode under an invasion or air strikes from Iran.

Yes folks it’s all about Oil but not like the liberal whiners were carrying on about during the Presidency of George W. Bush.  Iraq provides oil to the U.S. at market price.  We are there to insure stability of oil for the rest of the free world.  Sadly freedom isn’t free.

An excellent question indeed.  An even simpler answer.  The vast majority of those who have been in congress for multiple terms have been bought and paid for by “special interests,” and could give a damn about the direction of the countrie’s future as long as they maintain their grip on power and perks.  Well in 2012 that’s just not going to happen.

While we are ‘distracted’ by the old D. C. shuffle on the debt-ceiling perfect storm and people turn their interests to NFL football, the government incursion continues, unabashed!

Our current Agitator-in-Chief is no stranger to these types of blackmail tactics.  Representing ACORN in Chicago, Citi was blackmailed into setting aside ~ $400 Million for what would be ‘non-performing’ loans.  You & I may not be able to obtain terms these worms wrangle from bankers for their special interest groups.

Bankers did get greedy and they are culpable for much of our economic demise, but they got bailed out while we got bent over!  Dodd & Frank interfered with any oversight of Fannie & Freddie, the lynch-pins of our malaise, and we get to pony up while they live the life of Riley!

I strive to see things from a ‘glass half full’ perspective, but this takes the wind out of my sails.

Folks it’s time to get rid of the entire administration and completely decimate the party of the donkey in 2012.  They don’t seem to get the concept that by employing people in private sector positions, federal taxes are paid, payroll taxes are paid, as well as contributions to Social Security and Medicare. 

Progressive policy once again forces a company to leave the United States while shipping  jobs to China.  What’s not to like?

Future recipients of Obama’s Social Justice Policy and complete cluelessness on the value of private sector jobs.

It’s really that simple fools, keep shooting yourselves in the foot enough times and we won’t have to wait for the election.

Boston Scientific Corp. said yesterday that it plans to eliminate 1,200 to 1,400 jobs worldwide during the next 2 ½ years to free money for new investments, the Natick medical device maker’s second major round of cuts since last year.

Yesterday’s move, a day after Boston Scientific disclosed it was investing $150 million and hiring 1,000 people in China, raised fears that the company will gradually shift more work to foreign sites with less government oversight and lower costs than the United States.

I take exception with The Godfather’s statement, “This case has tremendous implication for the Obama administration’s plans of overhauling the immigration laws and allowing nearly 15 million illegals to suddenly become citizens and have the right vote just in time for the 2012 elections.”

There is much misinformation about the pro and con of the Dream Act. One thing is certain, none who qualify will become American Citizens and legally vote in the 2012 elections.  Obama should be so lucky.  Will they vote early as they often they have? It will depend on how active ACORN and SEIU and like groups are in  this election.

In 2007, the state of Arizona passed the Legal Arizona Workers Act (LAWA). The law penalizes businesses who knowingly hire illegal aliens. Penalties can range from fines up to and including the revocation of the firm’s business license.

Of course all of the liberals in Arizona and the federal government were outraged that Arizona would take such a measure to defend its borders and citizens right to jobs that were being stolen by hundreds of thousands of illegals.

The Democratic members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) urged President Obama on Saturday to sidestep Congress and hike the nation’s $14.3 trillion debt limit on his own.

In a letter to the president, the lawmakers argue that he has “both the authority and a moral obligation” to invoke the Constitution’s 14th Amendment “to avoid an economic catastrophe of historic proportions.”

“We must not allow a political deadlock to cause the United States to default for the first time in our history,” the CBC members wrote. “Now that Congress has borrowed money and incurred debt, we cannot – as a nation and under our Constitution – walk away.”

In case you missed it Wild Bill put forth a very credible plan to take back our schools and educate the “dumb voter.” It can be found about three posts down.

Now he will explain to you why the Eco-Nazi’s  won’t let us drill while at the same time Alberta, Canada has a pipeline ready to tap that would create 100,000  of jobs in America as the pipelines would go to Texas and another directly to the Pacific Coast. for immediate shipment to China.  China has already put up $5 billion but the bill sits on Obama’s desk as politics from the left trump national security.

If one didn’t know better they might believe that this administration is against fossil fuel of any type.  They prefer to tilt at green windmills, light bulbs and solar panels all providing good jobs in China.
