The Senate must appoint an Independent Counsel to Investigate alleged corruption in the Obama administrations Justice Department. Among its many breeches are the failure to protect the state of Arizona and taking it to court for creating its own law to protect its citizens, the New Black Panther voter intimidation cover up.

Operation Gunrunner/Fast and Furious is a serious crime. How could this be a mistake as suggested by Holder as he fails to proved evidence to the Government Oversight Committee as requested? Obama launched the Gunrunning project in 2009. He appointed Holder the leader. He diverted funds from the Recovery Act.
Author Colombo’s Theory:
The straw guys who were criminals were buying guns with U.S. tax dollars given to them by the U.S. Federal government and this should be a HUGE SCANDAL. Of course the people’s attention is diverted to the economy by the MSM which rarely mentions it.
Did U.S. agents trespassed on Mexican soil – foreign soil? – (Did Mexico give their approval to Obama to trespass and sell illegal guns on their soil to criminals?) The guns were sold to cartels tied to terrorists (Remember, all the beheadings?)
Obama & Holder refused to secure the borders properly and Obama joked about it and sued Arizona. For two years, the news and Mexicans cried out that the guns were coming into Mexico from the U.S. Obama & Holder were aware of these news articles.
Americans knew that thousands of people were being murdered after this project was launched into Mexico, which included police and border cities. Theory: What if it was an attempt to let the criminal/terrorists take over all the border cities by killing the local people, terrorizing the police and killing them if they didn’t leave. All this while scaring off American citizens and border patrol agents. This would have continued if the guns that killed the agents hadn’t been identified as U.S. guns.
How does the federal government make such a mistake of using criminals to buy guns with taxpayer dollars since Obama took office which hasn’t happened in 235 years without surveillance and tracking in place, especially today? Of course, if the cartels are tied in with the terrorists who controlled the borders, then America would be subjected to terrorism by armed cartels with our government supplying the guns without proper tracking allowing sex trafficking, gun trafficking, and drug trafficking to go in and out without interference by Americans based on fear?
Yet, the federal government can track every law-abiding American who buys a gun at Wal-Mart? Ms. Colombo use to work for the Sheriff’s department as a young girl. Cops use surveillance even back then, they use tracking devices, videos, audio, and photos. Holder knows who they are selling guns to, where the money is being spent. What about the profits from the sales? Why was Obama allowing gun to be sold to criminals on foreign soil, when the money could have been used to build the fence or keep the National Guard in place?
How could Holder say he knew very little about it, when he was appointed as the leader? There have to be 2 years of memos, meetings recorded, emails, phone calls, contact with the agents, names provided, and surveillance reports. This is just another Obama/Holder cover up. A Grand Jury must be appointed following an Independent Counsel investigation demonstrating probable guild.
It is taxpayers dollars that were spent on buying illegal guns for criminals, the money doesn’t belong to the federal government or Obama or Holder to do whatever they please. Where’s the accounting of the money? My guess it is being laundered through the DNC to help steal another election for democrats. Obama and Holder routinely suspend the constitution and go after innocent Americans but they can’t track criminals that U.S. taxpayers are paying to commit murders?
Give me a very big break, this is absolutely not within the realm of credulity.

I hope they do appoint an independent counsel to investigate all these charges.

That should be as big a circus as when they appointed an independent counsel to IMPEACH Bill Clinton. I wonder what their definition is of “INDEPENDENT COUNSEL’!!!!!!!
How ever appoints this position should do it now. Before the lies get bigger and then have time to cover up everything. It is i mportant to do this asap and take Holder down. We can take anymore upside and insdie out b/s from this admin.

The only time this administration is in a hurry is when they’re trying to rush some stupid bill through Congress…something they know the people won’t want. Those must be finished very quickly, while something like this will drag on forever. Holder is not a good speaker and doesn’t seem to really know how to answer. There was a lot of gargling coming from him. Issa holds his own very well and I just hope he’s not magically stopped from going further with this important investigation. I also hope the Independent Council is selected by someone outside the Democrat party and away from Washington DC.
Constitutionally it has always been a mistake to let the President designate an Attorney General at all. The position has been used as the cork to
shut off investigations on all the peccadilloes of all recent administrations, notably Janet Reno for Clinton. Also, for a lot less than this scandal did the Dems drive Gonzalez out of the post, but in contrast the oh too genteel Republicans never ever question the initial choice of an AG, or the subsequent performance of same.
