Each year, Congress must pass legislation to fund the activities and obligations of the U.S. government. In Fiscal Year 2011, U.S. funding to the UN included $1.887 billion for peacekeeping operations, $516 million for the regular budget, and $354 million for agencies that the U.S. contributes to but is not an assessed contribution, such as the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) or the World Health Organization (WHO). The U.S. is the largest contributor to the UN, UN peacekeeping, and UN agencies, paying almost a quarter of the UN regular and peacekeeping budgets.
In January this year, the Republican led House of Representatives has begun looking at cutting our funding to the UN. It may take an Executive Order as Newt proposes to get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US.

Newt was and always has been well aware of Agenda 21. He didn’t oppose it back then because there was no political expediency to gain from doing so. Now he knows people are aware of how insidious it is, so is playing along with fake outrage just to, what? Show us he’s ‘on our side’? I don’t buy it.
In 1997, Ron Paul first submitted his bill, HR 1146, The Americam Sovereignty Restoration Act. It is a bill to withdraw the US from the UN and kick the UN out of America. Newt and the rest of the Repubs ignored it. They called him a kook for even proposing such a thing. Actually, Newt refused to even support Ron Paul’s re-election bid in 1996, instead favoring the democrat he, Newt, lured to the Repub side by offering him a bribe of a seat on a committee. You can’t forget he did the same thing and supported Dede Scozzafava
Now. all of a sudden, Newt is anti Agenda 21? I do not buy it for one second. Newt is the master of speaking out of both sides of his face, saying what the electorate wants to hear yet meaning none of it.
Yes, Newt is smart, but like a fox. I do not believe a leopard changes his spots and Newt is more a chameleon than a salamander. If he was so serious about being president, why didn’t he run in 2008? Because he is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and they had already chosen Obama.
Please vet him better. Look up his association with Alvin Toffler. Look at his involvement with NAFTA – phase one to getting the North American Union put in place. Newt gave us GATT and the World Trade Organization. He voted for Carter’s Dept of Ed debacle. And in 2009, so it’s not that long ago that you can say with such assurance that Newt is a changed man, Newt said he wants to ‘fundamentally transform legislation, our American government system, because our Constitution works too slowly for the 21st century. Newt is the ultimate insider, NWO candidate!! He’s cleaned up his image to either side with the Tea Party, ride the fence or just woo them with charm. He’s such a good fellow! No negative remarks about other candidates…he’s above that!
Why is the Tea Party falling for this man? I gave them far more credit. If Obama loses and Gingrich wins, the INSIDERS still have their man in office! And Republicans will fall asleep again… Tea Party fades away… Their man is in office and all is well with the world. As they say… we are taken over from the inside. .. so let’s make it eady for them?
Dear Patriot Mom: Perhaps you have not studied Newt any where to the level I have. Our country needs a fiscal conservative to right the ship if we are to have hope. New has submitted 4 balanced budgets during his 8 year term as Speaker, nobody no my knowledge has done so. Also, perhaps the Tea Party sees that the rest of the field with the possible exception of Michele Bachman and Rick Santorium who have failed to gain traction are the only two in the race that have those credentials. What about Paul? Some great ideas, by and large he will hand the election over to Obama. I would urge you to go to my search engine on the side of the site, and review and watch the pro’s and con’s I have put up. Who do you like Patriot Mom? This would be so good if he doesn’t flip flop.
In the above video, Gingrich claims he hadn’t even heard of Agenda 21 until they had a couple of those town hall meetings. Gingrich was in Congress from 1979 – 1999. He was (Mr.) Speaker from 1995-1999. The Rio Earth Summit was held in 1992 (they had been negotiating since 1989) – Newt didn’t hear about it?

Newt keeps promoting Private-Public-Partnerships in his campaign. Did ICLEI get THAT idea from Newt, or did Newt get it from ICLEI? Or just a coincidence – maybe?
Those are just a couple of examples, but RESEARCH – he (Newt) has a tendency to not tell the truth.
NO NEWT NOR the other idiots in the Congress and Senate knew what it was. Any one who has WORKED to bring awareness of the Agenda 21 United Nations TRUE agenda realizes this because we have informing the Congress and Senate. You have to admit that Agenda sounds too Orwellian to be immediately believable… it has taken many years an a lot of work to finally get individuals in government to understand that it was not JUST A GREEN MOVEMENT. It doesn’t take much of an IQ to figure that out. Get off the crap. You FINALLY have someone with some influence to look at it in detail digest it and STAND UP TO FIGHT FOR IT…. The mentality of some here is atypical to the sheep they so blatantly ridicule. GROW UP conspiracy theorists that have to make nasty comments about someone that you haven’t the common decency or intelligence to study and know. Without Newt you would have been completely lost to Socialism in the 1980′s.
