Which is the bigger fraud the outer space alien that the military calls a hoax or the one below that says he isn’t? Just think if the Constitution isn’t followed, the dead alien apparently being brought to life could become our next president. No doubt many democrats would vote for him. After all with them it’s not who was the best candidate but anybody but Bush and the media that put Obama into office. Doubtless view who voted for Obama understood President George W. Bush was not on the ballot.

The historic hearing was the first time that a court has accepted arguments on the merits of the controversy over Obama’s status. His critics say he never met the constitutional requirements to occupy the Oval Office, and the states and Congress failed in their obligations to make sure only a qualified president is inaugurated. His supporters, meanwhile, argue he won the 2008 election and therefore was “vetted” by America.
The hearing was before Judge Michael Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings. In Georgia, a state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”
State law also grants the secretary of state and any “elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate” in the state the authority to raise a challenge to a candidate’s qualifications, the judge determined.

I get a reak kick out of the people who say experts have said the Obama birth certificate is real, when any experts I know of say it is forged. The problem with those people is that they haven’t LOOKED at it. It’s like standing by a farm yard and another person points and says “look at that chicken over there”. If the critter weighs 700 pounds, has four legs and a long face I don’t need an anthropologist to tell me it’s a horse!
And, some of his little brain-dead followers think we are nuts?
Hmmm, wonder if a poll was taken if they had all been in mental institutions at one time or another; or treated for chemical dependency for dropping far too much acid?
Obama is very smooth indeed.He has created, or can create the illusion of a family man, a patriot, an intelligent dedicated American to the average onlooker. That, in itself is enough to allow any shortcomings or “mistakes” to be attributed to simply a bad choice and not a purposeful act, and is totally forgiveable. It is all in the presentation. The truth, rather than the appearance of truth needs to be highlighted, but that will be hard to swallow for the Obama devotees.
I think with the Georgia court decision in a public arena it might open the door to cast some doubt and initiate some further research for real American patriots. Those who are not blinded by race or party affiliations will take the opportunity to take a long hard look at their president and the people who are supporting his dubious intentions for this country. God is still king, NOT Obama, know where to place your trust!
