There has never been a time when an individual could do more for his country than would Allen West if he chose to run for president. He made a commitment to his constituents in Florida to serve his entire term. Bummer!

Allen West is a Republican U.S. Representative who represents Florida’s 22nd congressional district, serving since January 2011. He is the first African-American Republican Congressman from Florida since Josiah T. Walls left office in 1876 near the end of Reconstruction.
West served in the United States Army in Iraq and was a civilian adviser in Afghanistan. With 20 plus years of active duty service in the United States Army, he achieved the rank of lieutenant colonel.

You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the hell out of the United States of America,” Rep. Allen West (R-FL) said at the Palm Beach County Republican Party Lincoln Day dinner. West represents the district in the U.S. Congress.

was glad to see West make those comments, he is the only one that will put Obama in his place. It’s just a shame he isn’t running for President. West is the only one who has a pair big enough to stand up against him. Sure would love to see Newt/West ticket come Nov.

I had hope he would run. As I was searching the internet for various information, I’d see an ad on the side of the page — but that was it!

West made the comment in the beginning that if it was Gods will he would step up The question is is there enough time for him to enter now before the convention?? Because he is still being recruited as is Sarah Palin,Sarah would also make a good Energy Secretary.
God and I have had many many discussions about “his time” and “my time” not being in agreement. LOL

West is one GREAT man! He is a man of great courage, ethics and a great leader. Why isn’t he running for President!
