Janet Napolitano is but one of many incompetents hired by Obama in his attempt to surround himself with intellectual fire power. Sadly for the country they are but a cluster of dim bulbs incapable of offering serious advice.
On the upside for the country, Obama and his minions will be leaving town soon.
