Obama’s Midterm Loss Record Could Make History! Ya Think?

Roll Call

Pelosi on GOP: ‘Their Days Are Numbered’

Barack Obama is about to do what no president has done in the past 50 years: Have two horrible, terrible, awful midterm elections in a row.

In fact, Obama is likely to have the worst midterm numbers of any two-term president going back to Democrat Harry S. Truman.

Truman lost a total of 83 House seats during his two midterms (55 seats in 1946 and 28 seats in 1950), while Republican Dwight Eisenhower lost a combined 66 House seats in the 1954 and 1958 midterms.

Obama had one midterm where his party lost 63 House seats, and Democrats are expected to lose another 5 to possibly 12 House seats (or more), taking the sitting president’s total midterm House loses to the 68 seat to 75 seat range.

Voting Republican Is the Smart Choice for Libertarians

crew-2231Comment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist, Oath Keeper and Patriot.

As you listen to the video below you will find ideas thrown out with absolutely to factual backing. Who wouldn’t want to end the income tax and abolish the IRS?

fairtax_logo_new

The best shot at doing so is the FAIR TAX as explained by a seventeen year-old

Eliminate the national income tax and return it to 1968 levels?  What about the U.S. citizens who have been receiving the monies spent on these safety nets and the illegal aliens living here?

The+Next+War

End all war?  Nice idea but what if Islam doesn’t have a libertarian party?

Voting Republican isn’t just the smart choice it’s the ONLY choice at this time in election history.

Libertarian_Party

Libertarians must understand that another 8 year run by the progressive movement in this country would mean the end to their party.

This article is part of a series on the libertarian vote in the 2014 midterm election. Here’s the first set of arguments from DemocratsLibertariansRepublicans. Read today’s alternative perspectives from the other parties here and here.

You only have one vote. How best to use it to advance liberty?

A libertarian preparing to vote in a House or Senate race this November that features three candidates, a Republican, a Democrat and a Libertarian must make a decision.

Will voting for the Libertarian candidate add one more vote for a losing candidate that may win one or two or five percent of the vote and thereby convince America of the strength of the libertarian movement and the power of its ideas? Will the newscasters announce the libertarian vote and muse on how it grew from one percent to two percent? Maybe.

If the Democrat Senate candidate in North Carolina or Virginia wins by a narrow margin because several hundred or thousands of liberty voters voted for the libertarian third-party candidate rather than the Republican Senate candidate how will this be understood by the media and by the national electorate?

Will the media announce that the Democrat victories are actually a demonstration of the growing strength of the libertarian movement? Or will they argue the nation voted for big government? What message does your “message” vote send?

The Three Words the Former Head of Blackwater Told Glenn Beck About What Was Really Going on in Benghazi on 9/11

Erick Prince, founder of Blackwater, in and interview with Glenn Beck makes a compelling case for “Civilian Warriors,” the title of his new book.

In the interview, Prince mentions the Flying Tigers, civilian pilots,

thThe Flying Tigers were officially called the American Volunteer Group, and were known for their planes with iconic shark faces on them.

Curtis P-40 Flying Tiger

They were equipped and recruited in the spring and summer of 1941, with the express purposed of aiding the Chinese in theater against the Japanese.

The group trained at a Royal Air Force airfield in Burma that fall, but it was not until after the Pearl Harbor attack on 07 December 1941 that the group went into  full combat mode.

The Blaze

Erik Prince, founder of the private security firm Blackwater, Inc. and author of “Civilian Warriors: The Inside Story of Blackwater and the Unsung Heroes of the War on Terror,” said something about the 2012 terror attack in Benghazi on Wednesday that could change the way the horrific conflict is viewed.

Glenn’s interview with Erik Prince here.

Prince was speaking on Glenn Beck’s radio program when Beck remarked: “The people in Benghazi that were killed, private contractors, we just left them behind, just discarded them. I think we were running guns over to Syria.”

“No. Actually missiles,” Prince said.

“Okay,” Beck paused. “Do you have anything on Benghazi you want to share?”

“No. Look, the reason that annex was there, they were buying back missiles from the Libyans and shipping them to Syria,” Prince said.

“Which was a theory of mine about three days into it, and I was just hammered to death for it,” Beck responded. “And nobody seems to care. … We were doing really nasty things. We left people behind. And we don’t care about them at all for some reason or another.”

Prince is not the first to say the United States was smuggling weapons into Syria. But he is yet another voice, and one with extensive knowledge of the region, to make the claim.

In addition to Beck’s assertions shortly after the attack, in May of 2013 Geraldo Rivera said his sources were saying the same thing.

“I believe, and my sources tell me, they were there to round up those shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles. They were going to hand those missiles over to the Turks, and the Turks were going to give them to the rebels in Syria,” Rivera said.

And in October of 2013, CNN reported: “Speculation on Capitol Hill has included the possibility the U.S. agencies operating in Benghazi were secretly helping to move surface-to-air missiles out of Libya, through Turkey, and into the hands of Syrian rebels.”

But the American people still don’t have any concrete answers on what exactly happened in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, or why the attack was initially blamed on a YouTube video.

Why the U.S. should not take prisoners

crew-2231Comment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist, Oath Keeper and Patriot.

Guantanamo-prisoners

Exactly how many prisoners who have been released from GITMO returned to join the jihad against the West?

Safe bet, all of them. How can the numbers in the article possibly be believed?

I know, “Hellow Achmed where are you?” ” I’m working in Washington for the Obama administration.”

Give me a break.
As most Jihadis believe that if they die fighting for their moon-god they’ll be transported to some eternal orgy in the sky, many really don’t mind being killed. As they look forward to death, let’s not disappoint them!

There are no virgins left, even barn yard animals have been sodomized by these insane brainwashed fools.

Sources: Former Guantanamo detainees suspected of joining ISIS, other groups in Syria

FOX News

Published October 30, 2014

As many as 20 to 30 former Guantanamo Bay detainees — some of whom were released within the last three years — are suspected by intelligence and Defense officials of having joined forces with the Islamic State and other militant groups inside Syria, Fox News has learned.

The development has cemented fears that the U.S. military would once again encounter militants taken off the battlefield.

The intelligence offers a mixed picture, and officials say the figures are not exact. But they are certain at least some of the released detainees are fighting with the Islamic State, or ISIS, on the ground inside Syria. Others are believed to be supporting Al Qaeda or the affiliated al-Nusra Front in Syria.

A number of former detainees also have chosen to help these groups from outside the country, financing operations and supporting their propaganda campaigns.

Sources who spoke to Fox News were not able to provide the identities of the fighters.

Senior Defense and intelligence officials say the vast majority of detainees released from Guantanamo don’t return to the fight — and of those who do, relatively few have made it to Syria.

Watch The Co-Founder of The Weather Channel Talk About How Global Warming is a Myth

Weather Channel founder blasts climate change, John Coleman calls trend ‘fake’
Fox News ‘The Kelly File’ 10/27/2014. John Coleman, meteorologist and co-founder of The Weather Channel, told Megyn Kelly tonight that he doesn’t believe global warming is real and laughed out loud at anyone who buys into what Al Gore is selling.

Coleman recently wrote an open letter arguing, “There is no significant man-made global warming at this time, there has been none in the past and there is no reason to fear any in the future.” He told Kelly it’s tough to get a media platform these days when you’re a climate skeptic “ever since Al Gore made it a plank of the Democratic Party.”
‘Bad, Bad Science': Weather Channel Founder Says Climate Change Is A Myth
Many officials in the Obama administration – including Secretary of State John Kerry and President Obama himself – have repeatedly hammered home the message that climate change is one of mankind’s greatest threats.

According to Weather Channel co-founder John Coleman, however, there is no scientific proof that supports man-made climate change.

Coleman joined Megyn Kelly on The Kelly File tonight to discuss the “myth” of the alleged climate crisis.

How Did ISIS Come to Be and Just Whom Do We Point The Finger?

ISIS-11The terrorist group ISIS is located in Iraq and sporadically throughout parts of the globe. ISIS Terrorists has many World Leaders scrambling to get a handle on them while their citizens fearfully wait and wonder how and when they will strike next.

Others, however, are trying to figure out just how they came to be, and who to blame for them.

It would be opportune for the present Iranian regime to first put blame for ISIS on Iran but if you look closely at the facts you will see a very different story unfold.

If a finger must be aimed then it may need to be aimed right back at us, the United States of America. Western Europe, and their allies also have fingers pointed at them as well. This may not be a popular stance for some Americans but the facts speak for themselves.

Before the U.S.’s disastrous incursion and occupation, which was markedly supported by Britain, there was no al-Qaeda or allied Salafi fanatic existence in Iraq under the regime of Saddam Hussein. Once the U.S. invaded, the extremists took control of most of the northern and western parts of Iraq, despite claims to the contrary by the Bush administration.

Hussein’s regime husainprevented Al Qaeda from operating out of Iraq, according to a Senate Intelligence report.

“Iraq had also been supported by the West before the 1991 Gulf War as a counterbalance against the revolutionary Islamic Republic during the Iran-Iraq War,” reports The Diplomat. “The U.S.-led invasion changed all of that.”

Once Hussein’s rule was taken down the country was destabilized. Both the Armed forces and civil service were eliminated and “replaced by partisans of sectarian Shiite parties and factions, some of which were closely allied to Iran,” reports The Progressive.

“Sunni extremists, believing Iraqi Shias had betrayed their country to Persians and Westerners, began targeting Shia civilian neighborhoods with terrorist attacks. The Iraqi regime and allied militia then began systematically kidnapping and murdering thousands of Sunni men. The so-called ‘sectarian’ conflict, then, has been a direct consequence of U.S. policy.”

Al-Qaeda, ISIS’s forerunner, was established in 2004. But when the U.S. stepped in to help institute Iraq’s new government it constantly supported Iraqi’s Prime Minister Maliki’s unending persecution of civil protesters and dissidents. The Sunnis became alienated and discriminated against both in government and the armed forces.

Protesters were slaughtered and journalists were either assassinated or imprisoned. Thousands were tortured and/or detained, without trial, for years. The Sunnis, faced with uncontrolled discrimination, looked upon the Maliki government with mounting disdain as the rest of the world looked on understanding it to be one of the most corrupt regimes in the world.

isis-3Armed with weapons made by the U.S., in 2013 Maliki’s troops ravaged Sunni protest camps. It was too late by the time the U.S. and Western Europe decided to take Maliki seriously and end his regime. The groundwork was already in place for a strong ISIS-led Sunni uprising in Western Iraq and became the latest offspring of al-Qaeda-fashioned radicals.

In a move that seemed to indicate the Maliki regime was not worth dying for, the Iraqi army failed to fight.

lLet’ go back to 2011 for a moment and see what was happening in Syria during that same time frame. Peaceful pro-democracy protests began to be silenced by the Assad regime. It wasn’t long before the civilians transformed themselves into an armed rebellion.

The reason for this rebellion was that “In the early stages of the war, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey began funneling arms to opposition forces, seeing an opportunity to destabilize a key ally of Iran and Hezbollah, their geopolitical foes,” reports The Diplomat. “As the civil war deepened, extremist groups joined the fight against what they saw as an odious secular regime. The also became the beneficiaries of large amounts of arms and funding from Americas regional allies.”

So, Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia knowingly financed extremist groups, such as al-Qaeda’s affiliate group, Jabhat al-Nusra who became one of the most efficient insurgent groups going up against Syria’s regime. Many of the al-Nusra rebels began fusing with ISIS.

In short, it is the belief of many that the $25 billion spent in American taxpayer money training and arming the Maliki regime in Baghdad has a direct correlation to the rise of the ISIS terrorists.

ISIS has grown exponentially since its seemingly meager beginnings, not only in numbers but in wealth as well.

imageedit_6_4681803245

CIA estimates that the ISIS group is 20,000-50,000 strong and growing. As they take over cities and territories they focus on the prisons and release as many as possible who are then recruited or killed. In lieu of the fact ISIS are few in comparison to the 250,000 Iraqi troops, not to mention armed police, it shouldn’t be a problem to hold them off, right? Wrong.

The Iraqi army is a mess, at best. Even though they had 40 to 1 odds, the Iraqi troops ran from 800 ISIS rebels. As stated earlier, they did not wish to fight or die for a government they did not believe in so they ran.

Jayson Lyall, a Yale University insurgency expert, said, “It appears that the Iraqi Army is cleaving along sectarian lines…The willingness of Sunni soldiers to fight to retake Mosul appears limited.” What Lyall is saying is that the Sunnis are under a government that oppresses them and they don’t wish to fight each other over it. That being said, the end result is the same and ISIS runs rapid.

isis-14

With the lack of opposition, ISIS has been able to not only secure enormous wealth from taking over eastern Syrian oilfields in 2012 but has also acquired income from smuggling raw materials and priceless antiquities from different archeological sites. It is estimated that ISIS’s wealth was around $875 million before the Mosul takeover. After the city was captured and all taken into consideration, money from banks and other supplies, ISIS is estimated to be worth $2 billion.

It would seem this long ago, small group of fed-up individuals has not only surpassed all expectations in growth, but in wealth as well.We now know how ISIS came to be and just who needs fingers aimed at them for starting the terrorist group, but just who is going to stop them?
