Here comes Team Obama’s carbon tax: Destined to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court

There is absolutely no scientific evidence that climate change is linked to mans use of Carbon.

The U.S. Supreme Court skeptical of allowing global-warming case to move forward, as of 2011.

What with their decision to hear The Defense of Marriage Act, (DOMA). Eventually the Supreme Court will be required to make a determination on this issue as it is crushing the U.S. Economy

This entire sham is a way to tax Americans, and spread the wealth to 3rd world countries.  

We do not live in a vacuum, China and India the worlds largest emitters of Carbon refuse to sign any treaty.   Carbon taxes benefits the likes of Albert Gore Jr. who has made multiple millions on his scam while doing nothing to rid the world of carbon.

The Treasury Department’s Office of Environment and Energy has finally begun to turn over documents about its preparations for a carbon tax in response to transparency warrior Chris Horner’s Freedom of Information Act request. The documents provide solid evidence that the Obama administration and its allies in Congress have every intention of implementing a carbon tax if we fail to stop them.

The Office of Environment and Energy, if you’ve never heard of it, is housed in Treasury’s Office of International Affairs and exists principally to wait for authority to administer the revenue from a cap-and-trade scheme or carbon tax. And, apparently, to trick Americans into supporting the tax to provide it the money.  So the documents they’ve reluctantly released are worth a careful look.

There’s the G-20 report titled “Mobilizing Climate Finance,” which pegs the price tag at $2.1 trillion “of investment requirement” in a “global carbon market.”

There’s the helpful IMF report from Ian Parry of the Fiscal Affairs Department on “Public Sources of Climate Finance.” Parry’s stated goal for the United States is “raising revenue and putting it to good use.”  Complete article below.

Ever since the Senate rejected President Obama’s cap-and-trade scheme in 2009, his administration has been hard at work to find other ways to implement a radical, environmentalist agenda.

Obama made these intentions clear at a press conference in 2010 when he explained, “Cap and trade was just one way of skinning the cat. … It was a means, not an end, and I am going to be looking for other means to address this problem.” And this is a promise he’s doing his best to keep.

With the help of the Environmental Protection Agency and other departments, this administration has relied on backdoor, behind-the-scenes tactics to impose stringent mandates in order to regulate what it has been unable to legislate. This tactic empowers unelected bureaucrats in Washington to implement rules that have far-reaching, negative impacts on our nation’s economy and the way we live our lives.

The Obama Administration’s announcement of new fuel-efficiency standards is a good example of its determination to regulate through administrative fiat.

Average cost of new car will increase $3,000

Earlier this year, the Department of Transportation (DOT) and EPA released the finalized, new fuel-efficiency standards for cars and light-duty trucks, which will require 2025 model year vehicles to have an average fuel economy of 54.5 miles per gallon (mpg). The new standard comes close to doubling the current CAFE average of 29 mpg and, combined with the administration’s fuel efficiency standards for 2011–2016, will increase the average cost of a new car by $3,000 by 2025. Al Gore opens His Mouth, Blames Global Warming For Everything

There can be and never has been much doubt why Al Gore refuses to debate anyone on the topic of global warming or climate change as it is currently called.

He refuses to allow the media to attend his dog and pony shows, and refuses to answer any questions during or after his highly paid side shows. 

It is well past time for environment attorneys to drag these charlatans before a grand jury and let the chips fall where they may.

One can dream of Al Gore and other carbon traders warehoused with the likes of Bernie Madoff.  Madoff was a crook with investors money, Gore and carbon traders profit by force which could land them in the gray bar hotel for a long, long time.

Questioning before a Senate Committee Hearing with this group will not be fruitful.  They must be fully examined  by Darrell Issa’s Committee on Government Oversight. Forget about “Scientific Misconduct,” let’s start playing hardball here and go for Criminal Misconduct and prison.

Following that an independent prosecutor must be hired. Charges must be filed with a grand jury for criminal intent to defraud for personal gain.

Obama is currently using as his Gestapo the strong arm of the to be defunded EPA to cripple companies operating in CA.  When Obama and crew are tossed out on their butts in November the rules will change and sanity will prevail. It would add a nice touch to see these evil people spend serious time in a federal pen.

 Several Republican lawmakers are challenging the Obama administration’s science czar over what they claim are repeat incidents of “scientific misconduct” among agencies, questioning whether officials who deal with everything from endangered species to nuclear waste are using “sound science.”

The letter sent Wednesday to John Holdren, director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, cited four specific controversies in recent years where scientific findings were questioned. Sens. David Vitter, R-La., and James Inhofe, R-Okla., and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., rattled off a slew of questions on what they called “the apparent collapse in the quality of scientific work being conducted at our federal agencies.”

Humm..Al Gore, Global Warming, is good, you don’t agree you are trying to destroy the planet.  Is there any question why the quote, “Give me a child for the first 4 years of their life, and I’ll have them for the rest of their life.” has been attributed to Adolf Hitler?  It seems as though our buddy Al didn’t get to these young people soon enough……But, hey they are believers.
