For those unaware of CDR Charles Kerchner, US Navy, Retired he has been in the forefront of providing information about Obama’s in eligibility and was among the first to file laws suits, of course denied, on Obama’s eligibility.  Undaunted he filed with the Supreme Court which was derelict in it’s duty failing to review the original case. 

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C. and I approve this message.

Once again we have an ordinary serviceman  standing up on his own volition to demand that the Usurper-in-Chief be investigated to determine Obama’s true legal identity in response to the mountain of evidence that Obama has committed birth certificate fraud, SSN fraud, draft registration fraud, and real estate fraud. Obama’s true legal identity is not conclusively known.

Why is SSGT Moran not offered the same conscientious objector status so willingly granted to Muslims in our military?

This time it is a serviceman in the Air Force named SSGT Daryn Moran.  This should not be necessary. Soldiers in the ranks should not have to be demanding our leaders and Congress take action to investigate Obama.

Cdr. Charles Kerchner is perhaps one of the worlds greatest authorities on the usurper, Barack Hussein Obama, along with Mario Apuzzo Esq, Orly Taitz Esq, and  attorney, Gary Kreep  They have no plans to quit. Leaving a usurper in office leave the door open for another unknown alien to become POTUS. Don’t think it can happen?  Well it did, just two and a half years ago.
