The Progressive movement hopes dearly that We The People forget about the Tenth Amendment. It’s not going to happen.
Just because Obama doesn’t believe in the U.S. Constitution there is no reason for Holder to keep putting up with this nonsense. He knows he will be ending up in prison anyway.
Attorney General cleaning up his own shit, not Obama’s this time.

On Thursday, Kansas Governor Sam Brownback received a letter from Federal Attorney General Eric Holder threatening action against the state should it enforce SB102 which Brownback signed into law last month.
The new law states, in part:
Any act, law, treaty, order, rule or regulation of the government of the United States which violates the second amendment to the constitution of the United States is null, void and unenforceable in the state of Kansas
The bill also provides for criminal penalties against federal agents who attempt to enforce specific federal laws on guns manufactured in the state of Kansas and sold within the state – as the state takes the position under the new law that the federal government does not “interstate commerce” authority over such items.
In his letter, Holder didn’t take too kindly to such a proposition.
He wrote:
“In purporting to override federal law and to criminalize the official acts of federal officers, SB102 directly conflicts with federal law and is therefore unconstitutional.”
He continued, “Under the Supremacy Clause…Kansas may not prevent federal employees and officials from carrying out their official responsibilities. And a state certainly may not criminalize the exercise of federal responsibilities. Because SB102 conflicts with federal firearms laws and regulations, federal law supercedes this new statute; all provisions of federal laws and their implementing regulations therefore continue to apply.”

Prominent criminal defense lawyer Judy Clarke, who has represented defendants in some of the most high-profile death penalty cases in recent years, has joined the legal defense team for accused Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, according to court documents.
San Diego-based Clarke defended Jared Loughner, who pleaded guilty last year to an Arizona shooting rampage that wounded then-U.S. representative Gabrielle Giffords and was spared the death penalty. Clarke’s previous clients also include the Unabomber Ted Kaczynski, the Atlanta Olympics bomber Eric Rudolph, and Susan Smith, the South Carolina woman who drowned her children in the mid-1990s. In this case however Senator John McCain is correct in telling Rand Paul to calm down, “The U.S. government cannot randomly target U.S. citizens on U.S. soil.
Whoops and then I woke up. The current administration believes itself to be above the law and would gladly do away with the U.S. Constitution if it could get away with it.
In reality this entire story is ginned up over Holder’s answer to a hypothetical question in which he answered theoretically, yes. Perhaps he would have been smarter to reply, “No that will not be authorized,”
Which further begs the question, how does anyone trust a pathological liar and a obstructor of Justice that is the current Director of the DOJ?

The anti-Rand Pauls, Sen. John McCain of Arizona and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, took to the Senate floor this morning to defend killing American citizens at presidential discretion.
Graham is doing so live on C-SPAN2 right now, saying that everything you do is a danger to America no matter who or where you are, as long as the U.S. government has decided you have “joined al-Queda,” whatever the hell that means.
Earlier John McCain said, as Business Insider reported:
“Calm down, Senator,” McCain said, in an admonition to Paul. “The U.S. government cannot randomly target U.S. citizens.”
McCain argued that Paul’s warning that the Obama could target would U.S. citizens in “cafes” on American soil, and his related “Jane Fonda” analogy, bring the debate into the “realm of the ridiculous.”
“If Mr. Paul wants to be taken seriously he needs to do more than pull political stunts that fire up impressionable libertarian kids,” he said. “I don’t think what happened yesterday is helpful to the American people.”
The Republican Party is at war, folks, and let’s hope Rand Paul and his troops win.
UPDATE: Sen. McCain was apparently quoting a crummy Wall Street Journal op-ed in the portion quoted above about “libertarian kids.”

Barrack Hussein Obama promised to have the most transparent administration in history; which begs the question is bull shit transparent or opaque?
It appears now we can add obstruction of justice as another felony committed by the most corrupt administration in United States History.

DOJ Seeks to Stall JW’s Lawsuit Seeking Access to Fast and Furious Records

The Obama administration is pushing gun control in the wake of the Sandy Hook, Connecticut, shootings. President Obama is using the murders as a pretext to undermine the Second Amendment and collect data on lawful gun owners. But this administration won’t come clean on its own gunrunning operation, Operation Fast and Furious, which led to the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and countless Mexican citizens.
In fact, the Obama administration last week filed an outrageous court motion saying it doesn’t have to answer to the American people, or abide by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) at all in this scandal!
This filing was made in our FOIA lawsuit seeking access to Operation Fast and Furious records withheld from Congress by President Obama under executive privilege on June 20, 2012. Our attorneys responded almost immediately. And so this week we filed a brief in response to the Department of Justice (DOJ) motion, which calls upon the court to impose an indefinite delay in considering our lawsuit.
Rather than respond substantively to our FOIA, the DOJ argued in court that our lawsuit should be subject to a stay of proceedings because it is “ancillary” to a separate lawsuit filed by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee against the DOJ. The Court “should let the process of negotiation and accommodation [between the House Committee and the DOJ] run its course, and then decide with the input of the parties whether and how this action may appropriately proceed at that time,” the DOJ argued, effectively abrogating the FOIA. The Obama DOJ even suggested that the Judicial Watch litigation might encourage the Congress to fight harder to get the same documents in separate litigation.
So the American people are supposed to wait until Congress and the White House figure this out? Complete article below.
Comment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist, Oath Keeper and Patriot. It’s being said that Attorney General Holder says, “WE HAVE NO RIGHT TO POSSESS GUNS.” Though widely circulated on the Internet I’m unable to find any basis for his alleged allegation.
Perhaps he meant We the People have no right to possess guns because he was to busy selling them to the drug cartels in Mexico at the time. Please pay close attention to this video, as in 1995 he planned a full court press using every medium available to make guns not “hip or cool.” Said another way he planned to use taxpayers money to run a full on Psy/Ops operation on the people of America essentially telling them to forget about the Second Amendment. What is absolutely classic is what a complete failure his efforts have been. Guess they were not happy with the poll results the first time, so USA Today is running another one… Please Vote Now. Attorney General Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2nd Amendment gives individuals the right to bear arms.
