Taking a page from the Obama play book means show transparency by putting legislation on the books while dancing in the dark

Of course the flaming liberals have not gotten over the loss of their children even though CN. has among the most sever anti gun legislation on the books.

What is it with people who believe that having gun free zones are nothing more than an opportunity of the mad man of the moment to come on in and gun as many people down as possible.

We know people are too ignorant to vote, it’s time we pay more attention to legislators who are equally clueless.

Attention you are about to witness an air head alert for one of the people who is more clueless than Dianne Feinstein.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C. and I approve this message.

The staffs of the state’s top prosecutor and the governor’s office have been working in secret with General Assembly leaders on legislation to withhold records related to the police investigation into the Dec. 14 Newtown elementary school massacre — including victims’ photos, tapes of 911 calls, and possibly more.

The behind-the-scenes legislative effort came to light Tuesday when The Courant obtained a copy of an email by a top assistant to Chief State’s Attorney Kevin Kane, Timothy J. Sugrue. Sugrue, an assistant state’s attorney, discussed options considered so far, including blocking release of statements “made by a minor.”

“There is complete agreement regarding photos etc., and audio tapes, although the act may allow the disclosure of audio transcripts,” Sugrue wrote to Kane, two other Kane subordinates and to Danbury State’s Attorney Stephen Sedensky, who is directing the investigation of the killings.

ABC Poll: Americans Believe Guns Make Homes Safer

jcComment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist, Oath Keeper and Patriot.

An interesting finding from the About Bama Channel.

For the most part polls are a joke.

Results are largely dependent upon how the questions are phrased as well as, pointed out below what point in time the questions were asked.

woman_with_gunDoes she feel safer?

Location would be an important factor as well.  We know how the victims of Sandy Hook, for the most part would vote, but what about those living near the tragedy at the Boston Marathon?

Breitbartbart’s Big Government

By a margin of 51 to 29, Americans believe having a gun in the house makes the house safer. When the question was asked to those with guns in their houses, the affirmative response jumped to 75.

The percentage of Republicans who believe a gun makes the house safer was 71, while among Democrats the percentage was 34.

Moreover, the poll found that those who believe a gun in the house makes the house safer “prioritize gun rights over new gun control laws by [a] 2 to 1 [margin].”

These responses represent a complete reversal from the same poll taken in 2000, in which people responded 35 to 51–giving the edge to the position that a gun in the house made the house less safe.

Don’t waste your breath Senator, the legislation will not make it through the House of Representatives.

With All due respect Senator McCain, thanks for the service to your government.

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) on Sunday expressed opposition to possible GOP efforts to filibuster a Senate gun-control measure, saying he did not “understand” the move to block debate.“I don’t understand it,” said McCain on CBS’s “Face the Nation.” “The purpose of the United States Senate is to debate and to vote and to let the people know where we stand.”

“What are we afraid of? Why would we not want… if this issue is as important as all of us think it is, why not take  it to one of the world’s greatest deliberative bodies – that’s one of the greatest exaggerations in history by the way – but you know why not take it up, an amendment and debate. The American people will profit from it,” said the Arizona senator.“I don’t understand why United States senators want to block debate when the leaders said we could have amendments,” McCain added. Obama’s Pelosi II Strategy

This  may represent the greatest political danger during the next 4 years.

If the voters don’t get organized and Republicans don’t start pulling on the same end of the rope, Mooch Obama may as well start tuning up her vocal chords as the party and our Constitutional Republic will be over for a significant period of time.

motivator8b0a0b3d624c195f0973d5686f7c7a224c66a25dNope!

The thesis in this opinion is very believable as it seems O’blamer’s irrational behavior is dedicated to nothing more than creating more Democrats, i.e. immigration.

He could be successful and if he is it will take a lot of blood sweat and tears to unwind.  And it will take a long time.

We must not forget that the “Fiscal Cliff” and the “Sequester” were nothing more that Obama and his minions attempting to scare voters while blaming Republicans.

On midnight of March 31st. the Continuing Resolution must be signed or all financial activity of the federal government comes to a screeching halt.  This of course is how the Barack Benghazi Obama administration has managed to keep the government running with automatic built increases for all programs and agencies while never making any cuts in spending.

When Benjamin Franklin responded to the lady after the signing of the United States Constitution, “What have you given us?”  “A Republic Ma’am if you can keep it.”

He must have had the concept of tyranny and a lazy electorate in mind.

Are we the people capable and ready to keep our republic?

I smell The Second Revolutionary War if Obama refuses to retreat from his zealotry.

Op-Ed The Wall Street Journal

Old Washington hands have been scratching their heads about the start of President Obama’s second term, with its aggressive liberal priorities and attacks on Republicans. Whatever happened to governing? Well, the answer arrived this weekend as the Washington Post reported that Mr. Obama’s real plan for the next two years is returning Nancy Pelosi as House Speaker in 2014.

obama-and-the-un-gun-ban-treaty

“The goal is to flip the Republican-held House back to Democratic control, allowing Obama to push forward with a progressive agenda on gun control, immigration, climate change and the economy during his final two years in office, according to congressional Democrats, strategists and others familiar with Obama’s thinking,” reports the Post, which is hardly hostile to the President.

The article says that shortly after finishing his speech on Election Night last year, Mr. Obama called Mrs. Pelosi and Steve Israel, who runs the Democratic House re-election campaign, to discuss 2014. The strategy fits Mr. Obama’s unprecedented new effort to raise $50 million in $500,000 chunks to fund Organizing for Action (OFA), which will spend millions in GOP-held districts. Mr. Israel says he met in January with Jim Messina, Mr. Obama’s 2012 campaign manager who now runs OFA, to discuss the 2014 races.

White House press secretary Jay Carney pushed back against the article on Monday, saying 2014 is “not a focus” for Mr. Obama. But that looks like an attempt at damage control after the Post blew the White House’s cover. Mr. Obama has to appear to want bipartisan deals even as he prepares the ground for blaming Republicans in 2014 when those efforts fail.

This is already clear on the budget, as Mr. Obama insists on a second tax increase that Republicans can’t accept. We’re also increasingly worried about White House sabotage on immigration reform, as it pushes the bill left on a guest-worker program and enforcement. Mr. Obama is doing exactly what you’d expect if he doesn’t want a deal and plans to use the issue to drive minority turnout in 2014.

It’s important to understand how extraordinary this is. Presidents typically try to secure major bipartisan deals in their fifth or sixth years, before their political capital ebbs. That’s what Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan did, and George W. Bush tried on Social Security. Mr. Obama seems to think he can use the next two years mainly to set up a Pelosi House that would let him finish his last two years with a liberal bang.

The next time you hear Mr. Obama, House Democrats or one of their media acolytes talk about GOP “obstructionism,” refer them to the Washington Post article that shows what they really intend for the current Congress. Bipartisan failure is their strategy.

Retired New Jersey teacher educates New Jersey legislative committee on Second Amendment

Indeed God Bess America and God Bless Carole Moore.

gun-control-works-great-if-youre-the-one-who-controls-the-gunsGun control has nothing to do with guns and everything to do with control.

She knows and understands only to well the truism in the picture below.

Typical of this type of meeting, it was obvious to everyone that committee members had already made up their minds to pass all 24 bills on to the full Assembly for consideration, with minimal debate, according to media reports

TRENTON, N.J.It’s no surprise that the New Jersey Education Association is backing a proposed law to create gun-free zones in and around schools and other public properties.
carole-moore-300x228Carole Moore

But not all educators agree with the union. Some are trained in the proper use of firearms, and understand how a gun in the hands of a responsible adult can equal the odds when a crazy person approaches with a firearm.

Carole Moore is one of those educators.

Though now retired, Moore spent 18 years as a substitute teacher in several New Jersey school districts, including Willingboro, Edgewater Park and Burlington. Her husband was a biology/science teacher.

Moore traveled to Trenton earlier this month for a hearing of the New Jersey State Assembly Law and Safety Committee.

The committee was considering 24 gun control bills, including the weapon-free school legislation, that had been introduced since the tragic school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut in December.

It was obvious to everyone that committee members had already made up their minds to pass all 24 bills on to the full Assembly for consideration, with minimal debate, according to media reports

And minimal debate meant minimal input from the hundreds of gun rights supporters who packed into the committee room. Each speaker was only allowed two minutes.

That was fine with Moore. She said she waited two hours in a security line to get into the room, then another 6 ½ in the committee room, waiting for her two minutes to speak. Complete article below

GOA Bringing Pro-gun Victim to Testify Before Congress on Monday

Just as when progressives were confronted with actual scientists prepared to destroy the hoax with actual science on global warming, it had the same effect as the tree falling in the forest that no one saw or heard.

Patrick Purdy, mass murderer

Not to be confounded by science, the progressives in the chamber at the time, to a person, got up and left the room without hearing what the scientists had to say.

Do we need a clearer example of  “Taxation without representation?”

It would have mattered not, as in their twisted delusional minds it’s what feels and sounds good that counts the facts be damned.

Rob Young to explain the dangers of gun free zones
Remember Patrick Purdy?  He became a household name on January 17, 1989, when he perpetrated what was, up till then, the worst elementary school shooting up to that time.
ACTION: Please click here to urge your Representative (and staff) to attend this important symposium on Monday.  Moreover, ask him or her to cosponsor H.R. 35, the Safe Schools Act of 2013.
On that date, five innocent children lost their lives in Stockton, California, and 27 children were injured.
Well, Rob Young was one of the children who were injured. Today he is a sworn law enforcement officer in the state of California. But unlike politically appointed police chiefs who are in the news calling for tougher gun legislation, Rob has a different message.
You see, Rob supports the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and he is opposed to gun control! Entire article below.
