Obama’s Small Business Chief Has Not Heard One Case of Obamacare Hurting Small Business

One time conservative Republican member of the House of Representatives, turned talk show host and liberal, Joe Scarborough of MSNBC’s  “Morning Joe” isn’t buying what Karen Mills is selling.

Joe served as a member of Congress from 1994-2001. While in office, he was a member of the Judiciary, Armed Services, Oversight and National Security committees.

 

He was a part of a small group of you Republican congressmen who National Journal said possessed a surprising amount of power given their youth and lack of years in Congress.

Karen Mills, President Obama’s Small Business Administration chief, claimed this morning on MSNBC that she has not heard one case of Obamacare hurting small business:

“You know, I travel all around the country, every week I go to a different part of the country. I’m with small businesses. And I’m not hearing that,” Mills said in response to a question about how she would explain employers cutting work hours for employees because of Obamacare regulations. (complete article below)

Labor Department spends TARP funds for ads during Olbermann, Maddow shows

As further proof that the Obama administration had no intention of creating any new jobs in  even in the public sector with Jobs Corps, they spent TARP funds on two shows, that combined would not show up against the ratings of Fox News. 

More fraud and abuse from Team Obama Contract shows no new jobs were created.

The Labor Department paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal stimulus funds to a public relations firm to run more than 100 commercials touting the Obama administration’s “green training” job efforts on two MSNBC cable shows, records show.

The commercials ran on MSNBC on shows hosted by Rachel Maddow and Keith Olbermann in 2009, but the contract didn’t report any jobs created, according to records reviewed recently by The Washington Times.

Spending reports under the federal Recovery Act show $495,000 paid to McNeely Pigott & Fox Public Relations LLC, which the Labor Department hired to raise awareness “among employers and influencers about the [Job Corps] program’s existing and new training initiatives in high growth and environmentally friendly career areas” as well as spreading the word to prospective Job Corps enrollees.

 When MSNBC goes with an article such as this it’s time for those rats left in the Obama administration to make reservations with U-Haul and get their resumes buffed and shined.

This party is over and it’s Michelle tuning up the vocal chords before she bolts for another vacation and shopping spree on the tax payers dime. 

With just 100 days left until the U.S. presidential election, investors are beginning to make bigger bets on which candidate will carry the day.One analysis concludes that last week’s sharp three-day market surge can only mean that Wall Street is banking on a victory from Republican Mitt Romney.

That’s the logical interpretation one can draw from a rally amid conditions that otherwise would demand a selloff, Morgan Stanley chief U.S. equity strategist Adam S. Parker said in an analysis that asserts there is no other reason now to like stocks than a Romney win.

“The problem is that it’s impossible to be bullish and right for the right reasons,” Parker said in a note to clients in which he reiterated his 2012 price target for the Standard & Poor’s 500 [.SPX  1385.30    -0.67  (-0.05%)   ] at 1,214, which would mark a 12 percent drop from the current level.

NBC’s Chuck Todd Uses Reported Qadhafi Death to Bash Bush on Iraq

Early on Thursday’s The Daily Rundown on MSNBC, as news was breaking of the reported death of Libyan dictator Moammar Qadhafi, host Chuck Todd used the opportunity to declare: “…a trillion dollars and thousands of U.S. lives to topple a dictator in Iraq, it’s a billion dollars and no U.S. lives to topple a dictator in Libya. That’s a – that’s a pretty stark contrast.” [Audio available here]

Todd, NBC’s chief White House correspondent, made the gratuitous shot at the Bush administration while talking to Robin Wright of the liberal Woodrow Wilson Center, who proclaimed: “…this is going to be an enormous success for the Obama administration in looking at how quickly it was done, with what international cooperation….it’s one where the United States changes the narrative from what happened in Iraq.”

Rachel Maddow of MSNBC Should Be Ethically Sanctioned for Intentionally Misstating to the American Public the Birthers’ Position On Whether Obama Is A “Natural Born Citizen”

Rachel Maddow and MSNBC must be considered as nothing more that in flight entertainment for those few who continue to support another failing GE tax write off.  Perhaps she thinks she’s cute, a Bill Mahar knock off.

Perhaps no one at MSNBC has read the broadcasters code of ethics.  Why bother, it’s their mission as Obama suck up receiving their marching orders from Obama’s buddy CEO, Jeffrey Immult. They don’t report the news they just make it up. No problem!

Readers should view MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow’s news reporting on August 4, 2011, to the U.S. national viewing audience in which she presents what she claims it means to be a “Birther.”

She gives the most extreme, distorted, biased, inaccurate, and ridiculous statement of what “birtherism” is (e.g., she says that “birthers” believe that Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Obama Sr. concocted a grand plan to make a “terror baby” in 1961 who would secretly become President of the United States).

Her explanation is replete with insolence, ridicule, misstatements, and ad hominem attacks. She then follows up her diatribe with audio clips of political leaders who question Obama’s eligibility, implying without any evidence that they also ascribe to the ridiculous explanation that she just presented on what it means to be a birther. Clearly, her insidious purpose is to ridicule the entire “birther” movement and any public person who would dare ascribe to any of its ideas.

Can we not expect the electorate to be confused when CNN can’t bring itself to tell what their poll actually showed?  This in no longer a cable new network. CNN must now stand for Contrived News Network.  Their mission statement is simply stated as: We Contrive the News to Deceive. CNBC, MSNBC, NBC (all owned by Obama buddy Jeffery Emmult, CEO, GE) will only tell their viewers what Obama wants you to hear. 

They provide one useful service, tuning in once a week gives one a true understanding of the lunacy, distortion, lies and omissions of the real news of the day.

WE Lie you must believe

We know you are to busy or lazy to find out the truth.  CBS must fall in the category as well.  ABC is being cut some slack because they had the brains to hire Jake Tapper. 

Two major problems exist with the media today, they either don’t report the media that runs contrary to their political beliefs, when that fails they distort as in this article or out right lie, Dan “Blather” comes to mind with his false hit piece on George W. Bush’s flying time in the Air National Guard. 

Want news you can believe, look to credible bloggers that are fastidious about their sourcing.  They report, you decide. 

Heads up media, keep lying because We the People are not buying.  Your ratings and subscriptions are in the tank and you know it.

CNN touted results from its newly-released poll Thursday showing 64 percent of Americans favor a balance of spending cuts and tax increases in the debt ceiling debate, as well as raising the debt ceiling. What the network failed to mention in its on-air reports was that their poll also demonstrated how Americans strongly favor two conservative positions — passage of a balanced budget amendment (74 percent), along with spending cuts and future spending caps (“Cut, Cap and Balance”).
