With his Energy Secretary Steven Chu calling for $10 per gallon European gas rates and now distancing himself from his incredibly ignorant remarks, he will be another reminder of the gang that just couldn’t shoot straight.  Core beliefs go down the drain at election time.

Let us not forget, the Department of Energy was the brain child of the brainless Jimmy Carter. It’s goal was to make America energy independent.  Thus we have another example of failed government policy of the lunatic left that has yet to produce a quart of oil but does everything possible to ensure we our dependence upon foreign sources for our energy. 

The station is within walking distance of the White House and the listed price for its Supreme grade is frighteningly pushing $6.

Does the reader have any doubt this will be among the many departments abolished under a new Republican administration?  Buff up your resume Steve you will be looking for a real job soon if you can find one.

Only and administration that was just beamed down from Planet Uranus could have such twisted logic. Only the complete narcissist Obama could believe this economic strategy would help him maintain his grip on his tyrannical rule.  Wake up dude We the People are fed up with your bony ass.  At $10.00 a gallon gas prices not only will you not win, your fans will be out to draw and quarter you. 

Oh yes, and as far as your green energy plans are going last count they have been heavily subsidized failures.

Instead of horses, nothing but the best for Obama, the quarter masters will use Hummers.

 

President Barack Obama’s Secretary of Energy Stephen Chu uttered the kind of Washington gaffe that consists of telling the truth when inconvenient. According to Politico, Chu admitted to a House committee that the administration is not interested in lowering gas prices.

Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich has issued a half-hour video touting an energy plan he claims would result in $2.50 a gallon gasoline. The plan is based on unfettered drilling for oil and gas instead of a reliance on green energy. Gingrich has also savaged Obama’s touting of algae-based biofuel as “weird.”

Chu, along with the Obama administration, regards the spike in gas prices as a feature rather than a bug. High gas prices provide an incentive for alternate energy technology, a priority for the White House, and a decrease in reliance on oil for energy.

In 2008, before he was President Obama’s Energy Secretary, Steven Chu said that:

“Somehow, we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe.”

President Obama and Secretary Chu are certainly on their way towards that goal, as gas prices are now double what they were when the President was inaugurated. In a speech last week, President Obama claimed to support an “all-of-the-above strategy that develops every available source of American energy.” The President went on to say that strategy included oil and gas. (when his lips are moving he is lying)
