What does the White House continue to scrub this story from the internet?

I’m in total agreement, Obama’s daughters should be off limits. This story isn’t about Malia Obama it’s about government waste and abuse of the taxpayer’s dime.

No need to click on the links below the page break they are dead as PJM reports.

Today, the Daily Caller reports on the expense of providing secret service protection for Newt Gingrich.  Perhaps Team Obama doesn’t want us to know that 25 secret service agents are there guarding her?  This is clearly a waste of the taxpayers money.

Update: The White House has admitted that it was behind the scrubbing. For an administration that covers up virtually everything this admission must go far deeper than we are being told.

This is very curious. Stories about first daughter Malia Obama’s spring break trip to Mexico with 25 Secret Service detailed to protect her and her friends keep returning 404 errors or redirects.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C. and I approve this message.

Refraining from photographing the first daughters makes sense, but there appear to be at least three news angles to this story. One, the first daughter’s spring break comes at a time when Americans are advised against traveling to Mexico due to the deteriorating security environment there. Two, the cost of the trip to the taxpayer.

The scrubbed reports all agree that 25 Secret Service agents have accompanied the first daughter and her friends on the trip. American taxpayers are picking up those and undoubtedly other costs associated with this trip. Three, the White House’s relationship to and influence on the mainstream media.

Here’s Huffington Post’s link to its story about the spring break. Click on it and see where it goes: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/03/19/malia-obama-mexico-spring-break_n_1364063.html

Yahoo! ran a story about it. But it has since been run off. http://news.yahoo.com/obamas-daughter-spends-springbreak-mexico-145031176.html.

That Yahoo! link is redirecting to a story about something entirely unrelated.

Essence had the story. Emphasis on the past tense. http://www.essence.com/2012/03/19/malia-obama-travels-to-mexico-for-spring-break/

Even the UK Telegraph story is now off the grid. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/barackobama/9152796/Malia-Obama-guarded-by-25-Secret-Service-agents-on-spring-break-in-Mexico.html. That’s the version that Drudge was linking to.

Drudge linked to a different version, at the International Business Times, and now that story is down the 404 hole: http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/316249/20120319/malia-obama-mexico-spring-break-travel-warning.htm

The spring break trip really happened. This blog post about it hasn’t gone 404 (yet), and has several pics of Malia with her friends.

What is going on here? Is the White House trying to scrub the Internet of all stories about the first daughter’s spring break trip to Mexico?

  1. Beginning in November 2012 and carrying on to the end of Jan. 2013 the American people who any brains will “scrub” The President from his present job as Whimp-in-Chief and place his lying a$$ in the unemployment lines.

  2. This makes me sick. We can’t even afford a vacation and we must continuely pay for the Obama vacations. And now one just for the daughter and 25 secret service guys. Talk about waste, This entire family has a God complex and we must vote them out and hope they reside outside the US when January 2013 comes.

  4. What bothers me more than the Obumble admistration wasting OUR money is the fact that the Republican National Comittee can’t come up with a REAL conservative cantidate !, Romney ?? Really ??, He is nothing more than a liberal in sheeps clothing.
I’ll probably vote for the S.O.B. but you can believe I’ll be holding my nose.

    • Dear Cattle man, I could not agree with you more. I want this to go to a floor fight in Tampa. Romney is a RINO, we need a fiscal conservative, the rush to bestow the nomination on him is by the Media and other RINO’s…They Know Obama will clean Romney’s clock. I’m a writer for Newt, just got off the phone, he believes Romney won’t get the votes as do I. So we battle on. Thanks for finding my site, I’m J.C. and I run this circus. Please come back and invite your friends, some very smart people comment here.

  5. Romney might be a RINO and if that is what we support (I am a Tea Party member) to beat Captain Bull$hit then so be it. Romney is NOT a socialist and a re-distribution type of person so we have to take small steps now and the future will bore more changes for conservatives.

  6. I have all along called the Obama Presidency: Mooch-Elle and Barack’s Big Adventure at tax payers expense. This is what you get when you elect Entitlement-Minded miscreants to any public office. This is running all around the country at local and state levels, but Obama is the first Entitlement-Minded Affirmative Action POTUS and he and his brood has brought Conspicuous Consumption to new heights as long as the Tax Payers are picking up the tab for their extravagances.

  7. Heck, I’m 58 years old and never did have the time or money to go on spring break no matter what age, especially age 13. I thought her father promisedus that his kidswere going to public schools like all of us ordinary Americans. Oops, Obama lied (again). But I also would have had 25 armed guards (don’t forget the logistics and planning expenses incurred).
I wonder if the Obama girls will have prearranged marriages too! One never knows. But one thing would bug me though is how would the girls act like with 25 secret service agents hanging around with hands on their guns? Especially if I was their date. Holy crap.

  8. Thanks for the auspicious writeup. It in reality was a entertainment account
it. Look advanced to more added agreeable from you!
However, how could we keep up a correspondence?
