Forget about her prediction, she also said the democrats would regain control of the house.  In order for the reader to get a very clear picture what bad LSD she has been on since she lost the gavel, please click on the video below.

Following that can you name a single area in the video that had any truth to it what so ever?  This is the progressive mind folks, so filled with delusions they believe them.  It’s time to take the country back from these fools, see you November 6th.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C. and I approve this message.

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi on Friday predicted the Supreme Court will uphold President Obama’s healthcare law in a 6-3 decision.

“First of all, I think we’re ironclad on the constitutionality of the bill,” Pelosi said on CBS’s “This Morning.”

“We believe in the Constitution, we believe in judicial review … I think we’ll be 6-3 in our favor.” (More below, please don’t miss the video)

Pelosi conceded that parts of the law, most notably the individual mandate to have insurance, could be struck down by the court. She said Democrats are prepared for all possible outcomes in the blockbuster decision.

“One is they declare the whole bill unconstitutional. The other is it’s severable and they do take pieces. We’ll be prepared for any eventuality,” she said.

If the justices strike down the individual mandate, which court observers think is a strong possibility, they will have to decide whether the rest of the law can stand. Pelosi predicted it would be unlikley that the court would strike down the entire law.

“Many of the things that are in place right now, it would be hard to see the court roll back,” she said.

Pelosi contended because of the popularity of parts of the healthcare bill that are already in place — such as allowing young people up to age 26 to be covered on their parents’ policies and prohibiting discrimination against children based on pre-existing conditions — the court was likely to rule in the bill’s favor.

The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the healthcare law by the end of June.

  1. I was under the impression the severability clause was removed from the bill so it has to be “all or nothing”

  2. She suffers from OLS Obama lies syndrome omg this is insane as is she. I can’t take this twisted thinking and the incrediable need for control from the left.

  3. Granted, there may be some favorable parts to Obamas health care plan, but they ALL need to be beneficial or at least reasonable and aligned with the constitution. The plan is the “bait and switch” format. you think your getting a deal or a real bargain, but instead you get a horrendous burden and dangerously socialistic measures to give health care to this country.
In the first place, any bill that is allowed to be signed on for the entire country on one persons say so is tyranny in a pure form.I wouldnt care how good this bill is, my concern would be the NEXT bill some buffoon signed on his or her own recognizance that aimed at destroying our system and peoples. If this passes, that means we have approved the right for someone to create laws and legislation without the due process of our governing body.
Obama is NOT our savior, regardless of what is ticking in his little nappy head, he is just an inexperienced, not so singularly bright human playing puppet king.
This nation is armed and ready and we are tired of the communist blitzkrieg being waged by the Obama supporters and the media.
Pelosi needs to take her views and her sodden like mouth away from a free world of gun totin’ Pelosi hunters.

  4. Like most progressives, the botox queen is under the delusion they can force anything and everything onto three hundred million people and no one is going to object – -well, she’s entitled to her own opinion, just NOT her own facts!
