There is absolutely no way to determine how many lives his split decision action saved.

It’s time that those who deemed it appropriate to strip him of the Silver Star which was upgraded to the Distinguish Service Cross, spend a few months in an active theater of operation.

By Dan Lamothe / Washington Post

The secretary of the Army is defending his decision to strip awards for heroism from a former Green Beret officer, saying the soldier demonstrated a “lack of honorable conduct” after he earned the medals.

Maj. Mathew L. Golsteyn received the Silver Star in 2011 for valor in Afghanistan on Feb. 20, 2010, and was later approved for an upgrade to the even more prestigious Distinguished Service Cross. That award is considered second only to the Medal of Honor in recognizing heroism in combat.

Golsteyn was later investigated for an undisclosed violation of the military’s rules of engagement in combat — a violation related to the killing of a known enemy bombmaker, according to officials familiar with the case. The investigation closed in 2014 without Golsteyn’s being charged with a crime, but Army Secretary John M. McHugh made the rare decision to strip him of both awards anyway.

The move has been scrutinized by the media and criticized by Rep. Duncan D. Hunter (R-Calif.), a Marine veteran who has advocated on Golsteyn’s behalf. But McHugh stood by his decision in a new letter to Hunter, saying that the senior officer who initially approved Golsteyn’s Silver Star, Gen. David M. Rodriguez, agreed with his decision.

“Every step in the process of investigating Major Golsteyn’s actions, and reviewing and subsequently revoking his valor awards has been thorough, objective and justified,” McHugh wrote in the Feb. 26 letter, obtained by The Washington Post. “The Army’s investigation demonstrated that Major Golsteyn’s service during or at the time of the distinguished act, achievement or meritorious service was not honorable, which led to the revocation of the Distinguished Service Cross.”

So, this hero is being stripped of his awards for killing an ENEMY BOMB MAKER? By killing this scumbag he saved countless lives! This is completely insane!

Will this be America’s Last Independence Day?

Not with “Sparky” with his hands on the controls, no sir!
Why all the gloom and doom?  Republicans will gain control of the Senate in either 2014 or 2016, Obama will be gone, and most of his progressives in the house and senate with him.

House budget punishes IRS with 15% cut, halts Obamacare enforcement

Comment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist, Oath Keeper and Patriot.
Had this not appeared in the Washington Examiner I would be likely to classify it as a hoax.
It looks like the House of Representatives is going to extract some payback from the IRS and enforcement of ObamaCare.
Be still my heart!
The Washington Examiner

By Paul Bedard June 18, 2014

The Internal Revenue Service is about to get slapped with a harsh payback for messing around with conservative groups, blowing wads of tax dollars on employee conferences and helping implement Obamacare.

The House Appropriations Committee is set to OK an IRS budget of $10.9 billion, $1.5 billion under President Obama‘s request for fiscal year 2015, reducing the agency’s budget to 2008 levels.

The goal is to keep the tax agency focused on its “core duties,” and eliminate efforts to judge the political activities of tax-exempt groups and brake its implementation of Obamacare.

The funding is part of a larger $21 billion bill for several agencies including the IRS, Treasury Department and Securities and Exchange Commission. Noting that it cuts $2.3 billion from the president’s overall request, Chairman Hal Rogers said, “the bill focuses cuts on lower-priority or poor-performing agencies, such as the scandal-plagued and inefficient Internal Revenue Service.”

The agency has always felt GOP fire, but the controversies over probing Tea Party and conservative groups, lavish spending on conventions and bonuses and a new push to re-evaluate the tax exempt status of political groups has the Republican-controlled House on the war path – one the Democratically-controlled Senate isn’t expected to follow when it takes up the same spending bill next week.

Below are the bill highlights about the IRS:

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) – Included in the bill is $10.95 billion for the IRS – a cut of $341 million below the fiscal year 2014 enacted level and $1.5 billion below the President’s budget request.

This will bring the agency’s budget below the sequester level and below the level that was in place in fiscal year 2008. This funding level is sufficient for the IRS to perform its core duties, including taxpayer services and the proper collection of funds, but will require the agency to streamline and make better use of its budget.

In addition, due to the inappropriate actions by the IRS in targeting groups that hold certain political beliefs, as well as its previous improper use of taxpayer funds, the bill includes the following provisions:

Palin: ‘We Haven’t Yet Begun to Fight!’—Exclusive Interview with Breitbart News

Comment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist, Oath Keeper and Patriot.

In her first interview since leaving Fox News in an interview covered by Stephen K. Bannon we learn that Sarah and Andrew were warriors cut from the same cloth.

As to her future plans, well let’s say she held the close to the vest but certainly believes the Tea Party is far from dead and that the conservative movement will ultimately return us to a Constitutionally driven form of government when we win the next election.

Be sure to watch Hannity this weekend to watch one hour special called Boom Town which will open your eyes to what is really happening in Washington D.C.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C. and I approve this message.

Andrew Breitbart’s News

In my research for the film I made on Governor Palin, The Undefeated, I was constantly amazed at the anti-establishment stands she took at every step in her rise to power. Moves that a conventional politician would run from, she embraced: in Wasilla, in Juneau, and in the rise of the Tea Party. Her ability to see “over the hill” to what is really important, what really matters, is what sets her apart.

Andrew Breitbart embraced the Governor as a fellow warrior in the long struggle against a detached and venal political/media complex. He lives on in spirit and through the work of those he inspired—including, but not limited to, those who report and contribute at his site.

The Governor has been at the forefront of the fight against the Permanent Political Class and, as such, inspired Peter Schweizer and myself in our work last night on Fox News with Sean Hannity’s specialBoomtown.” We consider ourselves honored at Breitbart News to have her share with us her thoughts on the road ahead in this exclusive Q & A.

1. What’s next for you? ( See entire interview below)

Tea Party, NRA Throw 5 RINOS Out Of Tennessee Legislature

Comment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist and Patriot.

In 2 years, South Carolina RINO Senator Lindsey Graham will be the principle political target of conservatives throughout the nation.

Look for him to join Lugar, Bennett, and other “Republicans in Name Only” in the growing ranks of unemployed sellouts.

Graham is a traitor, he was responsible for preventing the filibuster of Elana Kagan the Marxist with the logic, that “Each president should have his nominations approved.

He is a believer in “Global Warming” and “Cap and Trade.

Perhaps most irritating to this journalist was his continued refusal to get involved after the trial of one of his constituents, PFC Corey Clagett who is being wrongfully held in solitary confinement at  FT.Leavenworth Kansas, Military Disciplinary Barracks for following a direct order to kill all males of military age in Operation Iron Triangle in Iraq in 2003.

Graham’s response to the privates mother and attorney was “It is my policy not to become involved in these matters.”

Be sure to note the hand written letter by Congressman Allen West to Corey’s mother in the link above.

Big mistake fool, while, Corey rots in prison, you will be looking for a real job.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C. and I approve this message.

H/T Soda Head

In 2010, members of various Tea Party groups in Tennessee donated the necessary time and money to put Republicans in charge of both the legislature and the governor’s mansion for the first time in 150 years.

But after 2 years, not one of the top 10 Tea Party priorities placed before the Republican–controlled legislature had been implemented. Those priorities were based upon “…re-asserting state sovereignty over unconstitutional Federal abuses,” writes Tea Party steering committee member Van Irion.

Joe Walsh Accuses Tammy Duckworth, Double Amputee, Of Not Being A ‘True Hero’

Comment by Jim Campbell, Citizen Journalist

The Puffington Ho

How typical of the Huffington Post to distort a story.  They remain a solid source for inflight entertainment. As the video below clearly demonstrates he did nothing of the sort.

Thanks for being a patriot Ms. Duckworth and sorry for the loss of your legs, but come on, campaigning like this?  You are just a never will be hack seeking to control the people in the 8th  district of Illinois.

Can you imagine if a Republican campaigned like this how this rag would have treated the story?

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it, I’m J.C. and I approve this message.

Joe Walsh Tammy Duckworth

Rep. Joe Walsh (R-Ill.) on Sunday accused his Democratic opponent Tammy Duckworth — a double-amputee veteran of the Iraq War — of not being a “true hero” because she made her military service central to her campaign.

Where’s did he accuse her of not being a hero? Oh he didn’t, it’s called the “Chicago Way.”

After calling Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) a “noble hero” for downplaying his military experience during a 2008 presidential bid, Walsh shifted gears to Duckworth at an Elk Grove, Ill., town hall.

Duckworth lost both her legs after Iraqi insurgents hit her helicopter with a rocket-propelled grenade in 2004. She is now challenging incumbent Walsh in Illinois’ re-drawn 8th Congressional district.

Herman Cain’s response on behalf of the Tea Party on Obama’s excuese filled SOTU address

By Jim Campbell

This was an amazing analysis.  Mr. Cain who’s desire to become the President of the United States, was summarily crushed by the Obama press and the likes of ambulance chasing Gloria Allred who brought up names, none of whom would testify when asked to take a lie detector test.

Herman Cain will be a force if he choose when the current administration packing on November 6th.

Their Latest Polls indicate Newt Gingrich leading with 37% in Florida. The other candidate received the following: Mitt Romney 31%, Rick Santorum 18%, and Ron Paul 14%.
The Ron Paul revolution was out in large numbers at the debate. In the beginning of the debate the moderator mentioned the crowd saying that they were cheering, chanting, and polite as they supported their candidate Dr. Paul.
Newt Gingrich again showed his prowess in debates, and used his ability and knowledge to shut down attacks from Mitt Romney. Rick Santorum, on the other hand, did not show much inspiration among those polled, but he did seem to connect with some in our poll who chose other candidates as the winner. Santorum was the only one of the candidates who our polled audience did not think could beat Obama in the 2012 Presidential Election.
The Florida Republican Primary will be held this week. Also, this week, the Presidential State of The Union address by President Obama. We will be conducting our poll during the State of the Union. Watch it live tomorrow and participate in on of our polls. Just check the CPCTCSS.org website for more information. Online polls are not published and are only for viewer entertainment.
Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Rick Santorum, and Rick Perry compete in the Florida NBC Debate on January 23, 2012 for the nomination of the 2012 Presidential Election. Watch more polls and campaign data at 2012happens YouTube page or at http://cpctcss.org
